Immigrants' applications for employment not to be considered

Immigration Department in Canada has always something new in store for the immigrants.

For the last couple of years Immigrants had applied for employment in Canada and they have been waiting for a response, expecting the same to be in their own favour.

Recently Legislation has been approved in Canada which will deny the applications of almost 300,000 immigrants who have been waiting since 2008 for their applications to be considered.

The immigrants have been waiting for the last one decade to get an answer on their employment applications. The new legislation will leave them out of the country.

A similar legislative was underrated by the Federal Court in 2003. The legislative was against 100,000 employment applications.  The applicants had received a fair judgement in their favor.

There are many provinces in Canada that allow immigrants to stay in the province and contribute to the national economy. As the population of the nation is aging so experts fear the shortage of skilled workers in near future. They work for a lesser pay or wage in compared to the local population saving a lot of penny for the employers.

More than 250,000 foreign nationals come to Canada in search of jobs which are actually beneficial for the immigrants and the nation too. The immigrants who are not able to get a job in their home countries get a survival mode on arriving Canada. The employers who find it hard to hire employees to run their business, these foreigners are an easy option for them.

A study has been conducted by Ipsos Laughs and Postmedia News sometime in June which reveals-

• By 2031, immigrants will constitute about 80% of Canada’s population.

• Without constant immigration the reproductive growth of the nation could turn out to be zero in another 20 years to come.

These forecasts clearly indicate the rising concern in the country.

The applicants who have been denied may now move to the Federal Court within a certain time period. A quick act seems to be the only scope left for the immigrants waiting since years now.

To prevent the nation from “zero productivity” and a place with galore of jobs but no workers concerned people will have to take up the issue as fast as possible.
