The normalization time is same nine months as for processing time. Best part is it does not require obligation to have adjustment, EAD or AP even. Cost for this Visa in fewer than thousand dollars. Also the Visa holder becomes permissible spontaneously. He or she can even travel freely in or out of U.S. under this category.

Final category is Direct Consular Filling. This process comprises course of IR-1/CR-1 Visa by reducing necessary wait requirement of USCIS department. Even all the credentials are completed in Consulate rather than that in USCIS department.
