Common mistakes to avoid while travelling to US or Canada
by Vicky247 - February 27, 2012
In recent years a number of changes have been made in the immigration policy of many countries. Though immigration is a charm yet some know how of rules is good for future.
A traveler wants to get to either U.S. or Canada, and then he should be aware of something he must avoid or shall be subjected to deportation. A person who somehow did following mistakes is going to be deported without any reason as by rules.
First is simple if you break a law it is your fault. Immigration department is very strict is providing and getting transparent and impartial personal to the U.S. soil. Thus if you have committed a crime in your state then you will not be given entry easily. Further you could be put behind bars for if you have broken any international Law.
The above condition is so tough that you would be banned to even given entry in the U.S. for a couple of years or forever. Also if you were found guilty of a crime of serious nature then you are going to be deported.
Second reason or simple mistake a newcomer may be doing is to avoid misrepresenting him or herself. Like you were on visitor visa and tried to get a job. Because if you do this then this is a crime and you won’t be allowed to enter U.S. or even banned for ever.
Second, tongue is the best favor or misfortune for you. If you are going to U.S. then you are to make sure you are not going to use any offensive words against U.S. As after 9-11 it has become even strict because of security measures. Same is if you have any verbal positive ness over extremist who are deemed to be banned by any legal or theological perspective. You could be taken in custody for having ties to terrorist. In U.S. be loyal to U.S.
Fourth is the simple reason why you enter U.S. illegally? Because it is a major crime as you are compromising the authenticity and advantages of legal status so it is your faults simple. Fifth is that you have been staying in U.S. more than the required period of you Visa category. You will be sent back.
Sixth is U.S. is not sympathetic on those even who are medically ill unless they only visits to enter get a cure. U.S. will not let you enter its soil if you are pregnant even of medically challenged. Seventh is about the use of your tongue when speaking the truth about your authenticity and immigration. If you use fabrication just to impress the immigration department will not let you enter as you were lying.
Final is simple you let the USCIS department make suspicion on you owing to your misinformation of your credentials and solid proof. Avoid all these and you will be the fortunate one to remain in U.S. soil peacefully.
