Issues at Canada visa offices—Let us take a look at what is happening in various Canada Visa offices leading to problems for Canada visa applicants. You may be surprised to know that in many instances, there is no fault of applicants for denial of their Canada visa applications. And it has been noticed that Canada visa officials are overburdened leading to errors in processing Canada visa applications.

An increasing number of applications for Canada visas are getting rejected due to some errors by officials or some overlooked submissions.

No opportunity for applicants to address their concerns—A large number of applicants are facing rejections or denials of their Canada visa applications, there seems to be no way out for such candidates. And all the responsibility is left on the applicant.

There are many instances where applications for Canada visas or for Canada permanent residency have been refused. And there seems to be no respite for such applicants since their pleas for hearing(for appeal) their concerns by Canada immigration officials.

As per Colin R Singer, a Canada immigration lawyer, new rules are making it difficult for the applicants to get their problems heard.

And that too even though there is no mistake on their part, he maintained. It may be worth mentioned that among those whose applications are getting rejected include highly qualified foreigners due to errors by Canada Visa officials or some overlooked submissions, he explained.

There is almost no access to Federal Court for the Canada visa applicants wanting to get their issues addressed as per current rules. And that too when an injustice has been suffered by Canada visa applicant. Canada visa officials are not bothered that their name may be highlighted by the process of judicial review.

That’s because an increasing number of applications are being received by them for those wanting to become Canada permanent residents or those wanting to study, or work in Canada, clarifies Singer.

It may be worth mentioned for future applicants or aspirants to Canada is to keep in mind that their future rights can be secured by making a properly constituted application can make a lot of difference.
