Students and workers are lured by the agents in the name of getting jobs

Thousands of applicants from abroad apply to get a job in Canada. Some of these are accepted and approved while some are rejected as they don’t comply with the rules and regulations.
However, after trying for a few attempts applicants start looking for a support from an agency which they expect will help them getting a job in a foreign country like Canada.
Cases have been reported when students and workers are lured and charged hefty money against which false promises are made of getting them a reputable job which will earn them more than their expectation.
They produce fake papers and get the produce documents which show that the applicant has been hired by a given company.
They also assure them that jobs are waiting even if the applicant does not hold a Bachelor’s degree. In turn they ask for a huge amount of money to ease the process.
This scenario of being cheated is quite common amongst the students and young workers who are attracted to go to any of the foreign countries.
Students who reach their sitting on the boat of false promises land up in a mess. They are shocked to find out that there is barely any company in the name proposed by the agency. Even if there is a company in that name, the applicant was never hired at all.
On a foreign land it becomes impossible for the person who is cheated to lodge a case against the agency which took a huge amount of money from them. The options get narrowed and in most of the cases one can either get a return ticket for his country or stick around as an illegal worker just to meet the survival demands.
Hence for somebody who is quite keen on moving to a foreign country should make a proper research on the subject and then apply.
There are genuine agencies that are authorized to hire employees for the employers in Canada. The list of authorized agencies is available on the Immigration site for reference.
Hence falling into a trap can always be avoided with a little care. Remember what is not available to you cannot be available to an agent. The rules will not change for anyone.
