Stoles to steal the look

Bored of your regular jeans-t-shirt look or tired of carrying that traditional salwar-kameez the conventional way? Slot in some stylish scarves and stoles into your wardrobe and jazz up your outfits. With famous retail stores to street-side vendors selling these, they are probably the easiest thing to buy. And the best part? They can give you that million dollar look without costing the same.
Stoles are one hip accessory doing the rounds of fashion circuit as they can jazz up both western and traditional wear. Stoles and scarves are sometimes preferred to dupattas and chunnis as they are easier to handle and give the outfit a slightly traditional look
Play with innovation. Buy a stole in matching color and perhaps you can wrap it around the end of your handbag’s shoulder strap. Go for printed scarves in colors that compliment the shade of your outfit.
Try ditching your conventional belt and rope in a stole around your waist. Colorful stoles can do wonders in breaking up the dullness of a single-colored outfit. Wear it through your belt loops but loose-ends or a knot on the edge is only apt for a casual wear.

To give that feminine touch to your otherwise neutral outfit loosely wrap a scarf around your neck and make a small a knot on the side or simply sling it across your shoulders.
And for all you party people; a scarf can make your outfit look chic even in a club where less-is-best. A tiger-print stole with that skimpy black dress will add a grace that no shimmer will. Complete the look with dangling earrings and be prepared to turn heads.
It’s easy to be creative with stoles and scarves. All that is needed to carry one well is oodles of confidence. So go ahead and stack up your wardrobe with these stylish accessories that will take you from your board-room-meeting to that formal dinner.
