How much do wealthy immigrants worth?

It is a well known fact that immigrants to Vancouver who do not posses English proficiency have to bear long-lasting income penalty, therefore there is a requirement for more funding for settlement programs that emphasizes on language skills which are really important for fast integration into economy mainstream. This is exactly what has been mainly recommended by a study, The Economic Integration of Immigrants in Metropolitan Vancouver, which is done by a geography professor of University of B.C.
But what was most surprising in the study was the fact that it revealed that immigrants arriving under the business category were unable to achieve the objectives because of which the government treated them as privileged class of immigration. What the study meant is that the general feeling that wealthy immigrants are bound to be more successful and contribute to the economy of Canada as compared to other immigrants, must be given a second thought and may be its time to bring in some changes in this regard.
In general, people who immigrate to Canada, excluding refugees and immigrants coming under family reunification, are given points based on their educational qualifications, language skills, work experience, age, adaptability and pre-arranged employment. In order to get the green signal to enter Canada, an immigrant needs to attain at least 67 points out of a total 100 points. But in case of business class immigrants, they require only half the number of points required by others or even lesser.
