Effective scheduling and management of time are important factors in any type of business. In international business, if it is going to bring business individuals in Canada on regular intervals, it is extremely important to anticipate the schedule of arrivals and departure and it’s related all the paper - work ahead of actual time.
I will come across with my bigger international clients and bring a spread sheet with me. In Canada, usually the clients having 20 - 30 people on working permits with different categories, and for that purpose we must able to know person’s category from which they belongs, when will be the work permit going to expire, and or whether we required two weeks to three months notice period to prolong their working permits. For example, the work permits of vice-president work permit will be expired on 9 May, 2009 and for that we must predict the working permit expiration by 1 January 2009. In yield of the above prediction we have the proper time to accomplished the reserve paperwork and don't have to face any harassment or embarrass to our V.P. by not acquiring the work - permit performed in time - line. I have collected spread sheets and work permit expiry dates for my number of clients, which ticked up on my personal calendar more-often 6 or 10 weeks before client’s work permit expiration. After that I can follow up with them and advised to extend the work permit by our best services.
