Shun the Immigration Agents that guide you to make fake papers

Many immigration agents “guarantee” you visa for Canada, USA etc. notwithstanding the fact that the embassies for all countries have made it very clear that no agent has any authority to influence the decision on Visa to be granted and they don’t entertain any agent how so ever well established.
Some agents charge their fees based on success of the visa application. Such agents are often induced to lure you in making false papers and some of them even actively engage themselves in procuring fake papers at some extra fees.
If your application is rejected because of these fake papers, this may have an extended impact on your future applications.
In a recent case a lady who had valid five year visitor visa and had applied for immigration to join her relatives, had her visitor visa cancelled as the immigration official discovered fake papers in her immigration application. She was guided by immigration consultant to make fake papers for her application. The consultant had boasted of many success stories in the past based on papers generated by him.
According to the officer, this was standard procedure following a refusal of an application for permanent residence.
