Hello people. I hope my anti depression tricks did work for you. Well, if we think, then after depression, there is only one problem that is suffered by every other individual in his life time. HEADACHE; a big issue, right? Everyone faces it but the only difference is that we face it in different forms. First, I must make you go through these different forms.

TENSION OR MUSCULAR HEADACHES-
You feel a dull ache in your forehead, above the ears or the back of your head. You get a tension headache when the muscles in your face, neck or head get tight. This can happen when you don’t get enough sleep, feel stressed out, read, do boring work, stay in one position for a long time, such as working at the computer.

MIGRAINE HEADACHES-
These happen when blood vessels in your head open too wide or close too tight. Women get migraines more than men. People in the same family often get them. The symptoms are one side of your head hurts more than the other, you feel sick to your stomach and throw out, you see spots, light hurts your eyes, your ears ring.

SINUS HEADCHES-
Your sinuses are behind your cheeks, around your eyes and in your nose. You get a sinus headache when your sinuses are under pressure. Anybody can get a sinus headache. People with allergies like hay fever often get them. A sinus headache makes your forehead, cheekbones and nose hurt. It hurts more if you bend over or touch your face. You can get a sinus headache from a cold, allergies, dirty or polluted air, other breathing problems. and airplane travel.

Headaches can also result from a sensitivity to certain foods and drinks, alcohol, cigarette smoke, exposure to chemicals and pollution, poison and side effects from medication.

Treatment is not necessary; I mean to say, headache can also be prevented. You can use the following tips to prevent it; Exercise regularly. This seems to keep some kind of headaches at bay.
Avoid food and beverages that seem to trigger headaches un sensitive people. Try to figure out which food and beverages affect you. Problem items may include: alcoholic beverages especially red wine, aspartame, bananas, citrus fruits, cured meats, food additives such as MSG, hard cheeses, nuts and peanut butter, onions, sour cream, soya sauce and vinegar.

SELF CARE TIPS

• Take an over counter medicine for pain. Take it right away.
• Rest in dark, quiet room with your eyes closed.
• Massage the base of your head with your thumbs. Start under the ears and work back towards the center of your head. Also, gently massage both temples, shoulders, neck and jaw.
