Canada tops the list of developed and industrialized country.

The latest census data reveals the fact that Canada tops the developed world in the proportion people from college or university who credential holders, 48 percent people in Canada fall into this class and a meager 39 percent in US and 32 percent in Australia.

Now having this fact in mind, we get to know why immigrants with advanced degrees are doing no more than the worst for such a qualification.
