The United States is extremely fortunate because of the fact that it attracts an apparently endless inflow of the best and the brightest people from all across the world as foreign guest workers. These temporary immigrant workers include IT professionals, physical and social scientists, engineers and various other high level workers. These immigrants are the type of human capital that most societies of the world wish to have. But only few are fortunate, like the US.
