Meditation- the very word is beautiful. Meditation is just watching, observing and being aware of everything that is going on.
What is going on is not the issue, watching is the issue. Today, life is very strenuous, time is running and life is moving on. Everyone is after something or the other. People carry the past and always worry about the future, their job, health, children, etc.

People are particularly influenced by the common courtesies of everyday life. Courtesy means greeting people politely. Courtesy means remembering their names, and using them in conversation.
People are liked for their cheerfulness too. A proverb ‘A merry heart doth good like a medicine’, holds true in this regard. We are appreciated if we can put in a tactful remark when it is needed.

Carelessness about personal appearance often will mean failure in business life. If two men of same qualifications were interviewed for a job, the employer will select the one who is neat and clean. The man who is sloppy about his appearance is generally sloppy with his work.

In this article, I will talk about your personal rating. Your personality depends entirely on how you rate yourself.
If you want to improve yourself, do not loathe a well-wisher pointing your fault. Do not be afraid to admit that you are imperfect. Your dissatisfaction can be a healthy sign. Maybe you find some way to improve on them.

In my last article, I talked about how to get the best. The only way to get the best is to expect the best. In this concluding article, I would talk more about how to get the best in life.
If you want to achieve the best, then put your whole heart into what you want to accomplish. Many people fail in life, not because they don’t have the ability, but because they do not work whole heartedly. When you don’t put your heart into something, it means that you are not fully given. Results never yield themselves to the person who refuses to give himself to the desired task.

If you want to get the best, you will have to expect for the best. But if you expect the worst, you will get the worst. This is the power of believing.
If you want the best, then change your mental habits to belief instead of disbelief. Learn to expect, not to doubt. By doing so, you will bring everything in line with possibility. This doesn’t mean that you will get everything you wish or everything you think of. But this definitely means that once you start believing, all impossible things will start moving into the region of possible.

You do not need to be a victim of worry. Worry is an unhealthy and destructive mental habit. You are not born with the worry habit. You acquired it. And because you can change any habit and any acquired attitude, you can cast worry from your mind. There is just one proper time to begin an effective attack on worry, and that is now. So let us start breaking your worry habit at once.
