Karan Mehra roped in for ‘Twinkle Beauty Parlour’

After shaking a leg in Shanno Ki Shaadi on Star Plus, its now time for Karan Mehra to do yo on Sab TV’s Twinkle Beauty Parlour.

Karan will portray the role of Rocky, a Dj in a fancy club. Rocky will make girls skip their heart beats with his attitude and cool drooling looks. Initially the character takes off on a positive note but as the serial marches on, it will develop shades of grey.

Karan told that his role is very hip and happening. He reveals that Rocky is a cool dude with an ‘I don’t care a dam’ attitude. Karan is very excited with his new look- modern, rugged and happening. Even his entry in the soap is quite striking.

Due to some short circuit, there is no electricity in the parlour. He lives in the neighbourhood and Fatima bi (Sulabha Arya) asks him for help to restore the electricity. It is then that Rocky makes a spectacular entry and makes everyone go weak in their knees.

The producer of the show, Shrishti Behl, confirmed that Karan has been roped in for the role of Rocky. With his entry, a new drama will kick off as we will see a love triange between Rocky, Seema and Sakshi. Rocky's presence will actually test the friendship shared between Sakshi Talwar and Seema. Shrishti also said that Rocky, though arrogant and very cheeky, will harmonize well with the viewers.

Karan is gleeful to be a part of the production team which gave him his first break. You must have seen him as Aditya in the very popular soap Remix, which went off air just a few months back.

He is expecting to have a blast with this soap as well, just like he enjoyed his Remix days.

So, watch out for Karan's entry on the show this coming week.
